Terms & conditions

§-01  The minimum booking period for Grendabu is 7 days.

§-02  Reservation of boats is also min 7 days (normaly attached to your stay)

§-03   Once an offer has been accepted a 50% depositum of the accepted amount  is mandatory

§-04  When the 50% depositum of the accepted amount is register in the bank account- IBAN NO 603790 1272 329 ,SWIFT: SPAVNOBB ,  your booking is then  activated

§-05  Any damage to Grendabu holiday home or rental boat is the guest’s responsibility and is subject to liability for compensation.

§-06  Linen & Towels is aditional cost and will be spesified on the offer

§-07  Cleaning and preparation of the cabin is an additional cost and wil be spesified on the offer

§-08 The cabin must be returned at the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was upon arrival.

§-09  The payment 50% depositum of the accepted amount have to be register in the bank  at the latest by January  10 the year of arrival or your booking will be cancelled.

§-10 When booking, the terms & Conditions  were confirmed as read and accepted.

§-11 When the landlord has approved the booking ,the accepted amount and has sent the confirmation by e-mail to the tenant, then the booking is binding between the landlord and the tenant and these terms and conditions enter into force
